Personal strategic and operational consulting for the administrator of OSHEE’s network company.

Improvement of the management processes in grid operation with the focus on

Reduction of electrical losses
Maintenance
Investment decisions
Collection of operational data and its use for the improvement of grid operation

Operational support in day-to-day business, inter alia

Improving supply reliability in 20 kV cable networks
Improving protection devices in the MV grid
Ensuring the quality of energy metering at selected customers
