Responsibilities

Personal strategic and operational consulting for the administrator of OSHEE’s network company.

Improvement of the management processes in grid operation with the focus on

  • Reduction of electrical losses
  • Maintenance
  • Investment decisions
  • Collection of operational data and its use for the improvement of grid operation

Operational support in day-to-day business, inter alia

  • Improving supply reliability in 20 kV cable networks
  • Improving protection devices in the MV grid
  • Ensuring the quality of energy metering at selected customers

Results

Completion of the project to customer’s satisfaction on time and within budget

Development of measures to reduce electrical losses in the distribution network

Evaluation and improvement of SCADA technology in cooperation with the client for the central and regional dispatch centres

Improving the quality of energy supply by implementing preventive maintenance strategies

Develop measures to integrate renewable energy plants into the grid
